Senior Graphic Designer (Contract)
We are looking for a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative direction and execution across our brand ecosystem. In this role, you will lead creative production from initial concept to final delivery, combining high-impact visual design with compelling copywriting.
As a key team leader and client-facing creative, you will present design solutions directly to stakeholders and clients, translate strategic goals into persuasive visual narratives, and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints (social media, brand campaigns, pitch presentations, and digital products). If you excel at bridging the gap between strategic storytelling, high-level design execution, and client management, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Production: Own and lead the end-to-end creative workflow for major campaigns, multi-channel initiatives, and client deliverables from brief to execution.
- 3D Visual & Graphic Design: Create high-quality 3D assets, product mockups, key visuals, and graphic elements that elevate brand storytelling and campaign impact.
- Creative Writing: Craft compelling headlines, ad copy, captions, and pitch deck messaging that elevate visual concepts and drive audience engagement.
- Client-Facing Representation: Pitch creative concepts, visual strategies, and campaign ideas directly to clients and internal leadership.
- Brand & Visual Identity: Ensure all creative output - from social posts to supporting marketing collateral - is on-brand, polished, and visually consistent with our identity guidelines.
- Performance-Driven Iteration: Analyze visual performance metrics alongside growth/marketing teams to continuously optimize creative strategies for maximum engagement and conversion.
- UI Design Support* (Plus Point): Contribute to occasional UI tasks such as landing page visuals, app mockups, or web assets when needed.
Job Requirements
1. Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Lead, or Art Director in an agency, high-growth startup, or tech environment.
- Mastery of Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Figma.
- 3D Design & Rendering Tools: Strong proficiency in 3D creation and rendering software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, or Maya).
- Presentation Tools: Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Figma, or Pitch for creating client-ready decks.
- Copywriting Proficiency: Demonstrated portfolio showing combined strength in visual design and strong copy execution (headlines, campaign messaging, scripts).
- Video & Motion: Experience overseeing or creating short-form video content and motion graphics (Reels, TikTok, animated ads).
- UI/UX Knowledge (Plus Point): Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma is a strong advantage.
