- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Previous experience in branding, advertising, retail, fashion, or creative agency is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and diverse design styles.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, AI Tools (ChatGpt, Claude, Gemini, Etc).
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production and digital asset optimization.
