Senior Furniture Drafter
Location: BWI Factory
Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Drafter to create precise, client approved furniture drawings and prepared them for production. You’ll also mentor junior drafters, uphold high drafting standards, and contribute to New Production Introduction (NPI) and process improvements within the department.

Responsibilities:
Make/define/update/support:
• Production supports drawings upon request, sometimes 1:1 scale, e.g. for stone mall/CNC etc.
• Full 3D and detail part drawings in e.g. Autodesk Fusion or similar
• Cutting list / BOM
• Train and guide junior drafters, reviewing their work to ensure high standards and supporting their development.
• Design documentation, including assembly instructions and product specifications
• Make internal SAPS for streamlining our team
We are looking for someone who:
- Degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years in furniture drafting or similar roles.
- Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Fusion, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
- Good English
- Knowledge of furniture construction techniques and materials
- Be able to take sales drawing into detailed shop floor drawing including tenon details etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in furniture drafting or related field is a plus
