We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and take a leading role in the development of business-critical systems that support our growing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex web-based applications according to business requirements.
- Build robust front-end and back-end functionalities to ensure seamless system performance, security, and scalability.
- Proactively identify potential technical issues, system bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities, providing solutions before they impact operations.
- Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex, high-level technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior team members to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to development projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, and Golang (preferred)
- Highly proficient in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex raw SQL queries.
- Solid experience building responsive web applications across desktop and mobile devices.
- Deep familiarity with API integrations, web security protocols, and modern web application development best practices.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze root causes and design effective solutions.
- Capable of identifying potential technical issues early in the development cycle.
- Proven ability to manage development tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
