The Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to work with us on a project basis, building interactive web experiences for our clients.
Projects may include mini-games, quizzes, and other lightweight web experiences for internal use. You can take an idea from brief to a working product, making thoughtful choices about both the user experience and the technology behind it.
We're an AI-native agency and want someone who is comfortable using tools like Claude Code or Codex as part of their workflow. You know how to use AI to move faster while staying responsible for the quality, functionality, and security of what you ship.
Projects are collaborative. You'll work with our creative team to shape ideas, solve problems, and bring concepts to life.
What We Expect
- Build interactive web experiences, including mini-games, quizzes, and similar client projects.
- Develop across the front end and back end, from interface and interaction to data and integrations.
- Turn creative ideas and briefs into clear technical approaches and working prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers and creative teams throughout development.
- Keep projects organized, document key decisions, and communicate progress clearly.
- Deliver reliable work within agreed project timelines and scope.
Technical & Product Excellence
- Strong experience with modern web development across front end and back end.
- Comfortable choosing the right tools and architecture for each project's needs.
- Able to build responsive experiences that work well across devices and browsers.
- Familiar with APIs, databases, and deploying web projects.
- Able to debug, maintain, and improve code, including code produced with AI assistance.
- Care about usability, performance, accessibility, and clean implementation.
- A portfolio or examples of interactive work, games, quizzes, or web applications.
AI-Augmented Development
- Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
- Use AI tools to support exploration, implementation, and debugging.
- Review and understand generated code before shipping it.
- Stay curious about new tools and ways to improve your workflow.
Your Profile
- Experience building and shipping full-stack web projects.
- Comfortable working independently on scoped, project-based assignments.
- Able to communicate technical trade-offs in a clear, practical way.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on finishing well.
- Curious about creative technology and interactive experiences.
Flexible Organization
This is a project-based role. Each project will have an agreed scope, timeline, and compensation before work begins.
Projects may vary in size and duration, with the possibility of future projects depending on client needs and fit.
