Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Full Stack Developer ADW Consulting
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and deliver software across internal products and client projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, contribute to architecture and planning alongside the Tech Lead, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
What You Wil Do:
- Work across the end-to-end development process, from planning to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical solutions and development plans
- Contribute to system architecture and design, supporting the Tech Lead during planning and technical decision-making
- Help estimate production infrastructure/server requirements based on product/project needs and expected workload
- Build and integrate REST and SOAP APIs, including integration with ERP and other surrounding systems (e.g. SAP)
- Design database schemas and write efficient queries
- Produce technical documentation such as ERDs and Technical Specification Documents (TSD)
- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up development and improve delivery
- Identify technical risks and proactively resolve blockers to ensure successful deliver
What We are Looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong technical skills in: Frontend: React, TypeScript and Backend: PHP with CodeIgniter and/or Laravel
- Solid working knowledge of at least one relational database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
- Experience with API integration using REST and SOAP
- Good understanding of system architecture, system design, and production infrastructure
- Ability to write clear technical documents (ERD, TSD, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up day-to-day work (e.g. code generation, review, debugging)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
