Senior Full Stack Developer

PT Vylera Labs Indonesia is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Fullstack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will own features end-to-end, architectural decisions, and the seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.

As a senior member of the team, you won’t just write clean, scalable code; you will also mentor junior engineers, champion development best practices, and collaborate closely with product managers and designers to bring high-impact features from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end components and robust back-end services.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design of our platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, well-tested code (unit, integration, and E2E tests). Lead constructive code reviews to maintain high standards across the codebase.
• Database & API Design: Design scalable database schemas and build high-performance RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• DevOps & Deployment: Participate in maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate user requirements into technical blueprints.

Skill & Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade web applications.
• Front-End Expertise: Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular)
• Back-End Expertise: Strong experience with server-side languages and runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or .NET Core).
• Database Systems: Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Tooling: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, modern build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over the products you build.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
