Senior Food Tech R&D Executive

PT Organik Adil Sejahtera, the company behind the plant-based brand Green Rebel, is looking for a highly driven Senior Food Tech R&D Executive to lead product innovation and technological development.

Job Title: Senior Food Tech R&D Executive

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, cost optimization and improvement of innovative plant-based products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, sales) to ensure product quality and commercial viability.

- Develop, update, and review SOPs for product manufacturing

- Support domestic and overseas regulatory requirement of new products

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science/Technology or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in food tech R&D role

- In-depth knowledge in meat processing or thermal processing (sterilization or pasteurization) is a plus

- Experienced in minimum one of these categories: protein, cheese, sauce, or snack technologies

- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
