Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping and daily financial transactions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
- Handle monthly and annual tax compliance, including calculating, reporting, and filing PPh 21, PPh 23, and institutional tax returns.
- Manage end-to-end administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (via SIPP) and BPJS Kesehatan (via EDABU), including registrations, mutations, and monthly premium calculations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (experience in a school or foundation/yayasan environment is a major plus).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (specifically PPh 21) and statutory employee benefits (BPJS).
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or Jurnal).
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
