Senior Finance

Nava lab Group, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Finance. If you're passionate about financial management, strategic planning, and helping businesses grow—this role is for you!

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

- Manage taxation, compliance, and audit processes.

- Work closely with internal departments to support business decision-making.

- Supervise and mentor finance staff.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CFA is a plus).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a senior or lead role.

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, tax regulations, and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or others).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
