Job Description :
- Handle and oversee daily financial operations (AR, AP, General Ledger)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation
- Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow
- Conduct cost analysis and support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Use Mandarin for communication with stakeholders when required
- Support audit processes (internal & external)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
- Preferably with experience in F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Experienced in handling full set of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
