Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Finance Officer PT Deneva (DomaiNesia)
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Finance Officer with strong technical expertise in general accounting and Indonesian taxation regulations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure strict tax compliance, perform reconciliations, and prepare initial financial reporting drafts. Serving as a key bridge between operational finance staff and upper management, you will ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, efficient, and compliant with corporate policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Operations & Month-End Closing
- Review, verify, and post General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) journal entries.
- Monitor aging AR collections and aging AP payment schedules to support cash flow management.
- Assist the Assistant Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Manage fixed asset registers and accurately record monthly asset depreciation. - Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Calculate, withhold, and report company tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Final Tax, and PPN/VAT) accurately and on schedule.
- Operate tax software and official portals (PSIAP, Coretax) to generate withholding certificates and tax returns.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and current local tax regulations. - Treasury & Cash Management
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and track daily cash positions.
- Inspect and verify supporting documentation and approval chains prior to payment execution.
- Oversee petty cash funds and review employee expense reimbursements. - Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare draft monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) for Assistant Finance Manager review.
- Perform initial variance analysis comparing actual revenues and expenditures against operating budgets.
- Compile financial data, supporting schedules, and documentation required for internal and external audits. - Supervision & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Guide, review, and validate routine work completed by Junior Finance Officers or Admin staff.
- Collaborate with other operational departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting roles (experience as a Senior Officer or first-line Supervisor is preferred).
Technical Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Jurnal (Mekari), or equivalent ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, and basic financial modeling) and Coretax.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian taxation laws (Brevet A & B certification is highly desirable).
