Position Level: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Location: Jakarta Barat / Tangerang
Salary: IDR 9,000,000 – 12,000,000 per month

Senior Finance & Accounting Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage accounting activities using Accurate Accounting Software.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows.
• Utilize AI and digital tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support management reporting and financial analysis.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Accounting Degree
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Fluent English
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Most AI learning resources, business technologies, and professional development materials are available in English.
3. Team Player
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to contribute to team success.
4. Accurate Experience (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience using Accurate Accounting Software.
Candidates without Accurate experience will not be considered.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation.
• Experience in direct selling, FMCG, distribution, retail, or e-commerce industries.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
