What you'll be doing
- Create and send invoices and tax documents correctly and on time
- Check reimbursement requests, handle petty cash, and vendor payments
- Review data and calculate taxes to follow the tax rules properly
- Prepare and file tax returns and VAT reports in line with regulations
- Make journal entries and do account check to keep financial records accurate
- Help prepare proposals for new clients and update vendor info as needed
- Enter and update task assignments in the employee system
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles, standards, and taxation regulations
- Proficient in the use of Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
