Requirement :
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Tax.
2. At least 7-12 Years of working experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax is required for this position.
3. Experience in Accounting and Taxation Software (Coretax)
4. Brevet A & B is preferred.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
6. Experience of Restaurant accounting is preferred
7. Independent, able to work under pressure, strong analytical skill, attention to details.
8. Able to work as a team and individually.
9. Knowledge of English is required.
10. Should be able to join immediately.
Job Description :
1. Input transactions into the Accounting system and daily reconciliation of bank transactions with sales.
2. Preparation and analysis of financial statements. P&L , Trial Balance, Balance Sheet.
3. Reconciliation of all accounts correctly and knowledge of ERP will be preferred.
4. Maintain AR/AP accounts properly. Should be able to analyze financial statements.
5. Ensure timely reporting for monthly, quarterly, annual reports including e-SPT/ tax calculations.
6. Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely payments. (PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 15, PPh 4(2)
7. Prepare monthly VAT (PPN) input and output reports and PPN Restitution.
8. Prepare monthly Income Tax (PPh) input and output reports, pph 21, pph 15, pph 4(2), Pph 22.
9. Preparation and Filing of Annual Tax SPT and able to do fiscal corrections.
10. Dealing with KPP and auditors for all tax matters and tax reconciliations.
11. Able to handle SP2DK independently.
