WE'RE HIRING — SENIOR FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX
Job Description:
The Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax is responsible for managing the company's overall finance, accounting, and taxation functions, ensuring that all processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with the applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards (PSAK)
- Managing the full accounting cycle, from transaction recording through to book closing
- Calculating, remitting, and reporting all corporate tax obligations (Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25/29, Final Income Tax, and VAT)
- Preparing fiscal reconciliations and ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations
- Managing the company's cash flow, budgeting, and financial projections
- Handling internal and external audit processes and preparing the required supporting documents
- Performing bank, general ledger, and other related account reconciliations
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial and tax documentation
- Coordinating with tax consultants, auditors, and other relevant parties
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management as a basis for decision-making
- Guiding and supervising junior finance/accounting staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax (candidates who have handled all three functions in an integrated manner are preferred)
- Prior experience in the advertising services industry is preferred
- Strong command of financial accounting standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in tax calculation, remittance, and reporting (Income Tax and VAT), including the use of e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax/DJP Online
- Brevet A & B certification (preferred)
- Skilled in operating accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, and able to maintain data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight deadlines and lead a team
- Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) with placement in (Bogor / Jakarta)
