Job Description
- Review payment requests received via email, ensuring all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy.
- Prepare and maintain the daily payment listing, then submit it to the Finance & Accounting Tax Manager for review and approval.
- Process approved payment instructions through internet banking and execute fund transfers between company bank accounts, strictly following the FAT Managers's review and Management's final authorization.
- Distribute proof of payment to requesters and maintain organized.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and matched; retrieve and maintain bank statements and supporting documents.
- Monitor, reconcile, and code corporate credit card statements against supporting expense documentation.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data, including bank details, NPWP, and contract terms.
- Coordinate withholding tax, data and supporting documents with relevant stakeholders, including e-Faktur/Coretax-related documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities and maintain accurate, complete financial documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and responding to auditor queries related to AP and bank transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Respond to payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally and within agreed turnaround times.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including experience handling high-volume transactions per day.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and tax.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Experienced with internet banking platforms, fund transfer processes, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in advertising, digital agency, media, or service industry is highly preferred.
