Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Export Sales PT Mitra Sukses Plasindo (MSP) Cirebon
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Develop and manage international customers for export, import, and logistics services
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts
- Prepare pricing strategies, cost calculations, and quotations for sea freight, air freight, and related logistics services
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders
- Monitor shipment processes from quotation, booking, documentation, until full payment is received
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, finance, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly performance reports, and market analysis
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales
- Strong understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms, shipping documents, and forwarding operations
- Proficient in English and Mandarin communication, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in pricing analysis, cost calculation, and margin control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for costing, quotations, and reporting
- Willing to travel for business development and customer visits
