Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Export Import (English Speaker) PT. Graha Material Perkasa
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end export & import activities, from documentation, licensing, customs clearance, shipment, to delivery.
- Manage import/export permits and regulatory requirements such as SNI, BPOM, Quarantine, Pertek, INSW, Ministry of Trade, SIINas, and other related licenses.
- Handle regulatory requirements for food, agriculture, FMCG, and other regulated products.
- Prepare and check EXIM documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with customs, forwarders, brokers, government authorities, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance, and handle any issues that may arise during the process.
- Manage SIINas registration and reporting, including maintaining company and industrial activity data.
- Support the company in TKDN-related requirements, documentation, and certification process.
- Monitor changes in import/export regulations and ensure all activities comply with the latest requirements.
- Maintain proper EXIM and licensing documentation and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EXIM, preferably from food, agriculture, FMCG, trading, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and licensing.
- Hands-on experience handling SNI, BPOM, Quarantine, Pertek, INSW, SIINas, and Ministry of Trade requirements.
- Experience handling food or agricultural products is highly preferred.
- Experience with TKDN, industrial licensing, or local assembly/manufacturing requirements is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with forwarders/brokers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- English proficiency is required
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
