About the Role
Looking for Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of group travel programs, incentive trips, conferences, and special events across Indonesia for the Asian market. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery for high-value corporate and group movements, with a strong focus on clients from South Asia and regional international markets.
The role requires someone with strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage group travel and event inquiries from initial briefing through final execution
- Develop customized proposals, itineraries, budgets, and service plans based on client requirements
- Oversee complex incentive programs, conferences, corporate events, and group movements across multiple destinations
- Act as the main point of contact for overseas partners, clients, and key stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Coordinate logistics with hotels, venues, transportation providers, guides, and activity suppliers
- Ensure all operational arrangements are executed accurately, efficiently, and according to agreed timelines
- Negotiate rates, terms, and allocations with hotels, venues, and third-party suppliers to maximize value and profitability
- Monitor project budgets, margins, invoicing, and vendor payments
- Identify new suppliers, venues, and experiences to strengthen the company’s product portfolio and improve competitiveness
- Conduct site inspections and oversee on-site operations when required
- Maintain accurate booking records, documentation, and internal system updates
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both external partners and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Indonesian national
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, event management, or related discipline
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in group operations, destination management, events, or MICE
- Proven experience handling incentive travel, conferences, corporate events, or large-scale group movements
- Experience handling Asian market clients, particularly India and/or the Middle East, is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian hospitality and events landscape
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using reservation, operations, or destination management systems is an advantage
- Strong project management, budgeting, and multitasking skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and support on-site event execution
- Detail-oriented, proactive, commercially minded, and solution-driven
- Positive attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities
