- Proposing, implementing budget management, managing partners or directly implementing and measuring performance ad campaigns as required (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads...)
- Research, make plan, manage and develop followers on the company's online channels: Website, Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, TikTok, Email...; forums on platforms (facebook group, zalo group, website forum ...)
- Collaborate with content team to develop content on social media channels to achieve company goals;
- Support the company's business activities through building the company's image and reputation on online channels, increasing traffic to channels;
- Other duties as directed by the Head of Department
- Researching and planning:
+ Researching new digital media trends, propose ideas, build and develop owned channels;
+ Consulting and participating in the process of running advertising campaigns using digital channels.
- Implement performance advertising campaigns - performance ad - including outsourcing and self-implementing on Google Ad, Facebook Ad, Tiktok Ad platforms...
- Managing and developing digital marketing channels
+ Developing content plans, prepare and edit interactive content on the enterprise's social network channels; Coordinate with related units to produce content, images, videos, illustrated infographics;
+ Building interactive content to develop natural followers on the company's social network channels;
+ Managing technical issues of owned channels such as website, fanpage, forum...
- Measuring and reporting
+ Checking and analyzing data from websites, emails, social networks, etc. to make recommendations and appropriate development plans;
+ Synthesizing and analyzing the user matrix/insight on social networks to rationally optimize the content/advertising allocation strategy (if necessary)
+ Periodically report to the department head on the effectiveness of social media channels
+ Manage company's measurement tools for work
- Other duties as directed by the Head of Department
- BA or higher in Business management, Marketing, Digital marketing, Media Communication or related field major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
- Mastering the implementation of performance advertising on one of the platforms or multiple platforms such as: Google, Facebook, Tiktok...
- Knowledge of managing digital marketing tools: Social Media (Google, Facebook, Youtube, Zalo, Tiktok...), SEO/SEM, Email, Affiliate, SMS, Forum, Online Ads.
- Understanding of web analytics tools (Google analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, ..)
- Understanding users as well as user experience on mobile and internet;
- Knowledge of tracking system, application measurement is an advantage
