QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from reputable university.
- Min. 2 years of full-time work experience handling interior projects is a must.
- Experienced handling clients, able to interpret and translate designs that meet clients' need.
- Proficient using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, or similar software.
- Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast-paced, fast changes working environment.
- Collaborative, persuasive, and resilient.
- Willing to work in office (Kota Bogor).
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop interior design concepts from client briefs through to final design delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews of other Interior Designers’ work.
- Provide technical input to Drafters on working-drawing details.
- Coordinate with the team on projects requiring special handling.
- Develop interior design concepts based on client briefs and requirements.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Interior Designers.
- Research materials, furniture, and decorative elements in line with the design concept.
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and production feasibility requirements.
