Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, detect potential threats, and respond to security incidents to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and management, including identifying, prioritizing, tracking, and coordinating remediation activities.
- Coordinate Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities with DevSecOps and Engineering teams, ensuring timely remediation of identified findings.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps and Engineering teams to implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines.
- Maintain security dashboards, alerts, and runbooks to support effective security monitoring and incident response.
- Prepare and maintain security documentation, incident reports, vulnerability assessment reports, and operational procedures.
- Support security audits and assessments by providing the necessary documentation and evidence to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security operations, or a related role.
- Experience in security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and VAPT coordination.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, or MITRE ATT&CK.
- Understanding of cloud security, network security, application security, and infrastructure security.
- Experience collaborating with DevSecOps and Engineering teams on security remediation and implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) at Sampoerna Strategic Square, South Jakarta.
