Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the outlet's operations run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
- Oversee service activities, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction are met
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and optimal service levels.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of food and beverage supplies.
- Handle ordering and ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Address customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Enhance customer experience through direct interaction and feedback.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
- Analyze outlet performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, particularly in restaurant or food service operations.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and reports for effective decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
