Job description for Senior Creative Designer at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN SOCIAL ELITE
We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our Design Team, specializing in creating impactful visual assets for Social and Digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with strong creative thinking and a passion for visual storytelling, and proficiency in motion graphics and video editing who can deliver high-quality designs that enhance communication effectiveness and strengthen brand connections.
You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, producing compelling visual content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive and effective campaigns across multiple platforms.
1. Job Description:
Creative Concept & Visual Direction
- Develop creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital campaigns, and other business units.
- Translate briefs into strategic and high-impact visual solutions that align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all creative outputs and brand identity systems.
Design & Motion Content Production
- Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads and other marketing materials.
- Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Social, Planning, and Performance teams to optimize visuals for campaign effectiveness.
Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, social content formats, and emerging digital aesthetics.
- Continuously explore and diversify design styles to keep creative outputs fresh and relevant.
Teamwork & Reporting
- Report to the Design Lead and collaborate with internal teams to deliver work on time and meet requirements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support creative concept development.
- Lead and guide Executive, Intern through feedback and knowledge sharing.
2. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within creative agencies, digital media, or performance marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital design and motion graphic capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong motion graphics and video editing skills (required).
- Solid experience designing for social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and e-commerce environments.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling and effective creative outputs.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and well-developed visual storytelling skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage tight deadlines.
- Proactive, accountable, and able to take ownership of work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image creation is a plus.
