Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Corporate PR & Crisis Strategist Beeza

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the company’s crisis communication strategy, from issue assessment to resolution.
  2. Develop key messages and talking points for management, media, and public statements.
  3. Draft and approve press releases, official responses, and public statements (for media, public, and platforms such as TikTok).
  4. Coordinate closely with regulators and industry associations (OJK/AFPI) on communication-related matters.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets (media relations).
  6. Act as the first line of defense in handling sensitive issues and reputational risks.
  7. Work with the Media Monitoring and Digital Marketing teams to align the company narrative across channels.
  8. Prepare spokesperson briefings and Q&A materials for management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Journalist or in a PR agency, with a proven track record in crisis management.
  3. Strong crisis communication skills, calm, tactical, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  4. Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
  5. Strong network with journalists and media outlets.
  6. Experience dealing with regulators or in regulated industries (finance/fintech) is a plus.
  7. Ability to make fast, sound decisions and work with senior stakeholders.
