We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling, impactful, and brand-aligned copy across multiple channels, helping drive engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and support marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of audience behavior, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and persuasive messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high quality copy for digital and offline marketing materials, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, video scripts, brochures, and other marketing assets.
- Create persuasive and engaging content that aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and target audience needs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, strategists, and stakeholders to produce integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead copy development from concept through execution while ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to strengthen content effectiveness.
- Review and edit content to maintain clarity, accuracy, tone consistency, and brand standards.
- Contribute creative ideas and campaign concepts during brainstorming and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Optimize copy performance based on campaign analytics, user behavior insights, and marketing KPIs.
- Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Creative Copywriter, or similar role.
- Previous experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, digital agency, or integrated marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, marketing content, and brand communication work.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO principles, and social media content development.
- Ability to adapt writing style across different audiences, industries, and brand personalities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ability to develop creative concepts beyond execution level copywriting
