Kualifikasi:
- Capable of leading a solid and professional kitchen team
- Skilled in analyzing kitchen needs and improving operational efficiency
- Able to motivate the team to achieve high quality standards
- Proficient in kitchen management (Mise en Place),
- product quality, and stock control (FIFO)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in preparing financial reports (P&L) and controlling food costs (COGS)
- Willing to follow management-instructed schedules
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience
