Senior Consultant

AKRUA Consulting is a growing professional services firm specializing in finance, accounting, and tax compliance supported by cloud-based technology solutions. Since our establishment in 2017, we have worked with companies across multiple industries including retail, F&B, services, and emerging startups to improve their finance operations and internal processes.

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit who is interested in expanding their career in consulting and business process improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to review financial operations, support financial reporting, and identify opportunities to improve business processes using modern cloud-based tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and analyze clients’ financial records, bookkeeping processes, and operational workflows.
• Participate in monthly reviews of clients’ financial performance, including financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Identify potential process improvements or operational inefficiencies and discuss recommendations with senior team members.
• Support client engagements related to accounting, financial reporting, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with internal team members and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing materials and insights for discussions with client management teams.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial consulting, or finance-related roles.
• Prior experience in public accounting, consulting firms, or finance teams will be advantageous.
• Interest in business process improvement, financial operations, and finance technology implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and collaboration with clients.
