We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Coach to lead our coaching team. As a Senior Coach, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional coaching standards, smooth center operations, and outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for mentoring coaches, managing schedules and manpower planning, and creating a positive learning environment where both students and coaches can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

A. Lead, supervise, and develop the coaching team to maintain high coaching standards

B. Manage coach schedules, class allocations, and manpower planning effectively

C. Ensure smooth day-to-day center operations and administrative processes

D. Monitor class quality, coach performance, and customer satisfaction

E. Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management

F. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

G. Deliver exceptional experiences for students, parents, and customers

H. Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional development

I. Ensure adherence to safety, safeguarding, and operational standards

J. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across coaching and center operations

Requirements :

A. Coaching certification or qualification in any sport, aligned with national or international coaching standards, is an advantage

B. Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching, education, team leadership, or people management

C. Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team

D. Passion for working with children and supporting their development

E. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

F. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

G. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

H. Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and a growth mindset

I. Comfortable handling both operational and administrative responsibilities
