Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager PT NYANG NYANG STREET
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple construction and development projects simultaneously
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and construction progress
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and owners
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality-control procedures
- Identify technical challenges and develop practical solutions proactively
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare professional reports and provide strategic updates to management
- Drive project efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all sites
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years of professional construction and project management experience
- Strong technical understanding of construction methods, project execution, and site management
- Ability to review, coordinate, and revise technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience within hospitality, commercial, or luxury real estate developments is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes
- Bali-based candidates are preferred
