Qualifications:
- A culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institute is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the culinary field, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior CDP or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation standards
- Able to supervise and support kitchen team operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in maintaining quality standards
- Experience in handling stock control and kitchen coordination is an advantage
Working place will be at 7AM 7PM Sanur (Pre-Opening Team)
