As we continue to grow our impact and expand our reach, we are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate SAY21’s growth and strengthen our partnerships, community engagement, and business opportunities.
As a Business Development Manager at SAY21, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding partnerships, and strengthening relationships with schools, communities, parents, and strategic partners. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing business strategies, and ensuring sustainable growth aligned with SAY21’s mission and values.
You will work closely with internal teams to strengthen brand positioning, improve outreach efforts, and support programme expansion across different markets and communities. This role requires a strong understanding of relationship building, business growth, and strategic thinking, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields, with 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, community growth, or related areas. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about making meaningful impact through education and youth development. Experience in education, events, training, youth programmes, or community-driven organisations is highly valued.
