Through our website, global Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and strategic partnerships, we are expanding rapidly and looking for talented individuals to drive our next phase of growth.

We're seeking a Business Development Executive who is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about building partnerships that create long-term business value.

Responsibility

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, travel agencies, OTAs, corporate clients, universities, and tourism partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships with tourism stakeholders, government institutions, and local communities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Create business proposals, partnership agreements, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to launch new products and campaigns.
- Represent YKExplore at tourism exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
- Monitor partnership performance and recommend strategies for continuous growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

Requierements

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Partnership, or the Tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities from market data.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and industry events.
