💰 Payment: 100% COMMISSION‑BASED ONLY — NO fixed salary
✅ YOUR ROLE & TASKS
🚀 Business Development
- Find & connect with landowners for joint development (no upfront payment model)
- Source buyers for indent‑scheme houses / townhouses
- Offer building materials & aluminium doors/windows to contractors, hotels, property developers, and projects
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations until deals close
🎨 Brand & Admin Support
- Create brochures, catalogs, presentations, and social media content using Canva Pro provided by us
- Collect and update material price lists (economy / standard / premium)
- Keep track of leads, follow‑ups, and progress reports
💰 COMMISSION STRUCTURE
- Material sales + products: 3% – 5% of transaction value
- Land partnership & construction projects: 2% – 3% of total project value
- Indent house sales: 2% – 4% of selling price
✅ Payout: Commission released within 7 working days after payment is confirmed in the company account
📌 REQUIREMENTS
- Basic understanding or interest in property / construction materials
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Canva
- Own vehicle & active smartphone
- Honest, independent, and result‑driven
- Based in or familiar with Bogor / Jabodetabek area
