Job Responsibilities
1. Lead offline store expansion across Indonesia and drive annual store opening targets.
2. Identify and secure strategic retail locations in major shopping malls and commercial districts.
3. Conduct site feasibility analysis including footfall, catchment profile, rental structure, and commercial viability.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with mall operators, developers, landlords, and property agents.
5. Lead lease negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms aligned with brand positioning.
6. Coordinate internally with design, finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth store launch.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor expansion to optimize expansion strategy.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail expansion, mall leasing, commercial real estate, or property brokerage in Indonesia.
2. Candidates from mall leasing management teams, retail brand expansion departments, or commercial real estate advisory firms are welcome to apply.
3. Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset, with the ability to evaluate rental models and business feasibility.
4. Familiar with major Indonesian mall groups and retail property landscape.
5. English as working language.
6. Willing to travel across Indonesia
