About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Business Development to join our growing advertising agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, especially for social media management and digital advertising services.

You will work closely with the internal creative, social media, and ads team to deliver effective marketing solutions for clients across various industries.

Job Description

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for social media management and digital advertising services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential clients.

- Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing strategies and solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, campaign plans, and quotations.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.

- Follow up on leads and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

- Create long-term partnerships and maximize client retention opportunities.


Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital agency, specifically handling social media and digital advertising services.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Good problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
