We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to translating business needs and user problems into clear and actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering meaningful value to users.. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, contribute to architecture and planning alongside the Tech Lead, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business processes, user needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Conduct requirement elicitation and analysis with stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage Product Requirements, Business Requirements, and User Stories.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are understandable by Development and QA teams.
- Apply a product-driven mindset by considering user experience, business value, priority, and technical feasibility.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization of product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders.
- Validate requirements and ensure delivered features align with expected business outcomes.
- Support UAT and coordinate stakeholder feedback on the product.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written documentation.
What We are Looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, with proven experience in product development and stakeholder management.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Experience in product development, digital product, or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Able to create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Product Requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, especially for meetings, discussions, presentations, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or other product management tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with international or multinational teams is an advantage.
Must Have: Product-driven mindset + Strong BA fundamentals + Fluent English + Strong stakeholder communication.
