Qualifications

- Excellent analytical thinking and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into BRD, FRD, User Stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define system solutions.
- Create BPMN diagrams, business process documentation, and functional specifications.
- Bridge communication between business users and development teams.
- Manage requirements, backlog items, and acceptance criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT activities and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, project discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
