Currently, we are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who is a problem solver, not just a note-taker. You are someone who can walk into a client meeting, understand their complex business goals, and map them out into clear flowcharts and documents that our developers love. You act as the bridge between the client's vision and the technical reality.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the Conversation: You will be the voice of the project during project development and client meetings. You aren't afraid to ask "Why?" to clarify requirements.
- Map the Path: Create logical, easy-to-read flowcharts (BPMN/UML) and user journeys that leave no room for ambiguity.
- Document the Details: Own the creation and maintenance of FSDs, BRDs, and SRS documents.
- Own the Outcome: We value integrity. If a mistake happens, you own it, you fix it, and you learn from it. You identify workarounds for blockers proactively rather than waiting for instructions.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate "client speak" into technical tickets (User Stories) in ClickUp, ensuring developers have exactly what they need.
Requirements:
- Have 4 years of experience as a BA in a software house or digital agency.
- Active and professional English skills.
- Confident debating requirements and discussing technical constraints with Australian stakeholders (no Google Translate dependency).
- Proficient in ClickUp for project management, and tools like Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Figma for visualisation.
- Understand the basics of APIs, Databases, and Mobile/Web architecture, so you can have sensible conversations with the engineering team.
- Assertive and direct. Comfortable working in a flat hierarchy where speaking up about risks is encouraged, not punished.
- Disciplined enough to work and willing to strictly follow the 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM WIB schedule (9 hours include 1-hour break).
- Willing to work onsite in Semarang, Yogyakarta or Bogor
