Role Summary
We are looking for a visionary Senior Brand Marketer to act as the primary architect of our brand’s narrative and presence. You won't just be "making things look pretty"—you’ll be responsible for defining our market positioning, driving emotional resonance with our audience, and ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces our core mission.
As a senior leader, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven growth, turning brand equity into a competitive advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Evolution: Define and evolve the brand’s long-term strategy, including positioning, brand architecture, and visual/verbal identity guidelines.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, and Social) from the initial spark of an idea to post-launch analysis.
- Market & Consumer Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to identify "white space" opportunities.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure 100% brand consistency across all departments—making sure Sales, Product, and Customer Support are all "singing from the same songbook."
- Performance Tracking: Move beyond vanity metrics. You will track and optimize Brand Health, Share of Voice (SOV), Sentiment, and how brand efforts impact the bottom line (CAC/LTV).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal creative teams and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality assets on time and on budget.
Requirement
- Experience min. 3+ years in brand marketing, with at least 1 years in a senior or lead role. Skincare, beauty, or premium retail experience is a must.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments – you’re hands-on when needed, but strategic at heart.
- Store Brand / Retail Experience: Deep understanding of physical retail dynamics – visual merchandising, in-store events, staff training, and foot-traffic drivers.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of brand campaigns that blend creative storytelling with measurable business results (please include examples of retail-integrated campaigns).
- Data Fluency: Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening platforms, retail POS data) to inform brand decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (additional local language is a plus). Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Our probation period is 3 months. However, we conduct monthly evaluations. If the performance or attitude does not meet the company's standards during the 1st or 2nd month, the company reserves the right to terminate the probation immediately without waiting for the full 3 months.
