Role Summary
We are looking for a hybrid, commercially-minded, and creative Senior Brand & E-Commerce Specialist to drive our brand’s total market presence and online sales growth. In this dual-impact role, you will be the architect of our brand narrative while taking full operational and commercial ownership of our digital storefronts (Marketplaces and D2C).
You will bridge the gap between high-impact brand storytelling and data-driven e-commerce execution—maximizing GMV, expanding market share, and ensuring consistent brand equity across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Brand & Sales Strategy: Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns (Digital, Social, Influencer, ATL/BTL) aligned with e-commerce promotional calendars (Double Day sales, seasonal launches, flash sales).
P&L & Revenue Ownership: Own revenue targets across all digital platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify), managing promotional ROI, pricing strategies, and healthy profit margins.
Storefront & Conversion Optimization: Oversee end-to-end digital storefront operations, optimizing product listings (SEO/SEM), visual merchandising, and UI/UX to maximize CTR and Conversion Rates.
Brand Guardianship & Positioning: Define and protect brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice across product launches, packaging, store visuals, and performance marketing assets.
Performance Marketing & Ads Alignment: Collaborate with marketing teams/agencies to align CPAS, Marketplace Ads, and paid traffic strategies with overall brand campaigns.
Supply Chain & Demand Forecasting: Forecast sales demand to maintain optimal stock levels, working closely with logistics to manage stock rotation, product expiry, and fulfillment standards.
Data Analytics & Market Intelligence: Track holistic performance metrics—from Brand Sentiment, SOV, and CAC/LTV down to marketplace conversion rates, ROAS, AOV, and GMV—translating data into clear growth roadmaps.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Brand Marketing and E-Commerce management, with at least 1 year in a senior/lead capacity. Strong background in Skincare, Beauty, or FMCG/Retail is strictly required.
Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and D2C platforms (Shopify).
Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of unit economics, margin analysis, inventory forecasting, and web/marketplace analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, Looker/Tableau, or advanced Excel/Sheets).
Creative & Retail Sense: Proven portfolio demonstrating successful 360° brand campaigns that drove tangible commercial/sales outcomes.
Agility & Leadership: Proven track record in fast-paced environments, capable of building workflows from scratch and executing cross-functionally.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
Probation Notice
Our probation period is 3 months with continuous monthly performance evaluations. If performance, output, or cultural alignment does not meet the company’s standards during the 1st or 2nd month, the company reserves the right to conclude the probation period immediately without completing the full 3-month duration.
