Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Support the assessment and development of branch and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and growth targets.
- Analyze the existing branch network, distribution coverage, branch roles, customer segments, sales performance, and service capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the assessment and redesign of branch roles, service models, sales models, and distribution strategies to improve branch effectiveness and customer experience.
- Conduct branch productivity analysis, including branch performance, employee productivity, sales productivity, transaction volumes, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate branch coverage and network effectiveness to identify opportunities for branch expansion, consolidation, relocation, optimization, or role realignment.
- Analyze customer routing and interaction models across branches, Mantri, and digital channels to improve customer acquisition, service delivery, and channel utilization.
- Support the development of recommendations for optimizing branch networks, distribution channels, service models, and sales coverage.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing branch operating models and identify opportunities to improve processes, roles, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
- Develop Target Operating Model (TOM) recommendations for branch and distribution operations based on business objectives, customer needs, productivity, and market potential.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to assess branch and distribution opportunities across different locations and customer segments.
- Develop quantitative analysis, scenario analysis, and business cases to support branch network and distribution strategy recommendations.
- Prepare analytical reports, management presentations, strategic recommendations, and supporting materials for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Retail Banking, Micro Banking, Branch Operations, Sales, Product, Digital Banking, Finance, and other stakeholders to develop and validate branch strategy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Banking, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Branch Strategy, Distribution Strategy, Retail Banking Strategy, Branch Transformation, Banking Consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in retail banking or micro banking operations, particularly in branch and distribution environments.
- Proven experience in branch network assessment, distribution strategy, channel optimization, and branch productivity analysis.
- Strong understanding of branch roles, service models, sales models, customer coverage, and branch operating models.
- Experience analyzing branch productivity, sales productivity, customer routing, distribution coverage, and channel effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of interactions between branch networks, Mantri/field officers, and digital banking channels is highly preferred.
- Experience in developing or assessing Target Operating Models (TOM) and organizational/operational structures.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational, customer, sales, and productivity data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, scenario analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for developing management presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and structured analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, customer analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
- Experience in banking, financial services, retail banking, or microfinance is strongly preferred.
- Willing to work Full WFO (Work From Office) at the Client Office in Jakarta Area.
