What you'll be doing
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalised consultations on plastic surgery and beauty treatments
- Deliver expert advice and recommendations on the most suitable procedures and products to meet client objectives
- Assist clients throughout the treatment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest developments in plastic surgery and beauty treatments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective client outreach and educational initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role within the plastic surgery or beauty industry
- Demonstrated expertise in plastic surgery and beauty treatments, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide personalised, empathetic, and professional client support
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client needs and concerns effectively
- Passion for the healthcare and beauty industries, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals
- Adaptability and willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously expand your knowledge and skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin as an added value
