The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage products according to established standards. This includes operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves assisting with inventory management, supporting the barista team during peak hours, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. A strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position. The Junior Barista will play a key role in upholding the quality and reputation of Tuck Bake & Brew.

We are looking for a female candidate who has completed SMA/SMK education and has between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in tea art, latte art, and beverage shop operations is a plus. Familiarity with coffee shop administration and the ability to use Microsoft Office will also be beneficial.
