Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Able to create and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead junior baristas.
- Good teamwork, responsible, and well-groomed.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (good spoken English is an advantage).
