Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of server-side components and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.

- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology Information or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of server-side development principles.
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
