WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER | BALI
A growing legal consulting firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Associate Lawyer to join our legal team.
**Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.)
* Has completed PKPA and been sworn in as an Advocate by PERADI
* Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a practicing lawyer / legal associate
* Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
* Experienced in handling **corporate, commercial, and/or civil legal matters**
* Able to independently manage legal matters and provide practical legal advice to clients
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Good command of **Bahasa Indonesia and English**, both written and spoken
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
* Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
**Responsibilities:
* Handle and manage legal matters from initial consultation to completion
* Provide legal advice and practical solutions to clients
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and contracts
* Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
* Communicate and coordinate with clients, notaries, government authorities, and other relevant parties
* Monitor ongoing legal matters, deadlines, and case progress
* Support and supervise junior legal team members when required
