Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Art Director 13-years
The Agency
13 Years is a new-generation creative agency. 70 talents, 25 nationalities, multiple time zones — a fluid, fast-moving team that never stands still.
We're AI-native. Not as a slogan, as a practice. Every week we test, integrate, and push tools to see how far they can go. Curiosity and boldness guide our decisions.
Our clients include LVMH, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Moncler, L'Oréal, Sanofi, Stellantis, BNP Paribas — global brands that work with us to challenge conventions, not repeat them.
Everything here is built on collaboration, shared intelligence, and the desire to create together. The project always comes first — driven by quality, meaning, and the pleasure of making things well.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Art Director (5–10 years experience) who possesses a refined aesthetic sensibility and the maturity to lead high-stakes projects for the world's most exclusive brands.
In this role, you are the guardian of visual excellence. You aren't just following a brief; you are defining the territory. You will lead the visual narrative, translating complex brand heritage into contemporary, high-fidelity creative. We need a professional who is entirely self-managed, someone who brings a calm, solution-oriented attitude to fast-paced environments and can mentor others through the nuances of premium craft.
You see AI as a sophisticated engine for excellence—a way to bypass the mundane and focus on high-level art direction, storytelling, and "impossible" visuals.
What We Expect
Visionary Leadership & Strategy
- Strategic Conceptualization: Lead the visual direction for global pitches and brand refreshes, ensuring every pixel aligns with the brand's heritage and future.
- High-End Curation: Source and direct world-class visual references, defining the "look and feel" that resonates with affluent, discerning audiences.
- Narrative Flow: Master the art of the "Director's Treatment" and high-stakes presentations, selling a vision through impeccable storytelling.
Elite Design Craft
- The "Luxury Touch": An innate understanding of negative space, sophisticated typography, and the subtle color palettes required for the 0.1% luxury market.
- Obsessive Detail: You believe that "premium" is found in the final 5% of polish—the kerning, the grain, the lighting, and the rhythm of a layout.
- Creative Autonomy: Ability to take a project from a vague spark to a finished, high-fidelity asset without constant oversight.
AI-Augmented Mastery
- Advanced Prompt Engineering: Using tools like Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, and Runway to produce high-fidelity concepts that look like finished photography.
- Process Optimization: Integrating AI into the workflow to increase the speed of iteration while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality.
- Discerning Curation: The ability to distinguish between "AI-generated noise" and "AI-enabled art."
Your Profile
- 5–10 years of experience at top-tier creative agencies or in-house for luxury/exclusive brands.
- Portfolio of Excellence: A body of work that demonstrates a deep understanding of high-end aesthetics and "exclusive" brand languages.
- Work Attitude: Proactive, humble, and highly professional. You thrive in a "high trust, high responsibility" environment.
- Self-Managed: You are your own best project manager; you meet deadlines, anticipate roadblocks, and communicate with clarity.
- Cultural Authority: You are deeply immersed in the worlds of art, fashion, architecture, and technology—knowing what is timeless is more important to you than what is "viral."
