Senior Architectural Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Architectural design for building/infrastructure projects.
* Prepare preliminary and conceptual architectural designs.
* Develop the approved conceptual design into schematic and detailed architectural designs.
* Conduct design checking and quality control.
* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with SNI and applicable standards.
* Provide technical support and consultation during project execution.
Requirements:
-Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
-Relevant experience in building, warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects.
-Familiarity with architectural design standards and construction practices.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Familiar with SNI standards
-Capable of design checking
Criteria:
Must have a valid SKK and STRA
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
Note: Salary will be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience
